Audition Information
Brisbane Youth Dance Company invites you to audition for our 2027 SUMMER production.
We are seeking dancers between 10 and 19 years, who have a minimum of 2 years training in both Jazz and Lyrical/Contemporary.
Junior Company - 10 to 12 years (as of 15/01/2027)
Intermediate Company - 13 to 15 years (as of 15/01/2027)
Senior Company - 16 to 19 years (as of 15/01/2027)
Rehearsal Information
Dancers must be available on the following dates:
Studio rehearsals - 4th to 13th January (no rehearsals Saturday 10th or Sunday 11th January)
Technical rehearsal - Thursday 14th January
Performances - Friday 15th & Saturday 16th January (3 shows)
While all dancers will not be required all day everyday, we ask that you keep this time aside until a cast rehearsal schedule is released.
Studio rehearsals will be held at Brisbane Dance Theatre - 3/56 Cambridge Street, Coorparoo, QLD, 4151.
Technical rehearsals and performances will be held at StageHouse Theatre, Stafford.
Costs
Senior Company - $1600 (all inclusive)
Intermediate Company $1400 (all inclusive)
Junior Company $1200 (all inclusive)
Studio rehearsals - 4th to 13th January
Technical rehearsal - 14th January
